TMB Exchange, Return & Refund Policy

At The Million Bucks, we stand for quality and fairness. To keep our process sustainable for all customers, we have updated our policy as below:

1) Return/Exchange Window

  • Requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery (as per courier tracking).
  • Requests raised after 7 days will not be eligible.

2) Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for exchange/return, the item must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all original tags, packaging, and invoice intact
  • Free from perfume, stains, marks, damage, or signs of wear

If the product fails quality check after pickup, the request may be declined and the item will be shipped back.

3) Exchange Policy

  • Free One-time exchangeis allowed per order (subject to stock availability).
  • Exchange is applicable only when the conditions mentioned in point #2 above are met.
  • If the requested size/product is unavailable, the customer may choose to buy any other product of same or higher value, the balance must be paid by the customer at checkout.

4) Refund Policy

  • Refund is applicable on prepaid orders & a flat INR 220 will be deducted as return handling/logistics fee from the total amount paid & balance will be refunded to the original source of payment. The amount may take up to 14 working days to reflect in the original source of payment.
  • Refund for COD orders will be processed and flat INR 220 will be deducted as return handling/logistics fee/warehousing fee. Additionally any forward shipping charge (if applicable) on the original order will not be refunded in such cases.
  • You need to provide your bank details such as name, account #, bank name, branch name, IFSC code to processs COD returns. It may take up to 5 working days from the receipt of your bank details for COD refunds to reflect your bank accounts.
  • Refund / store credit is only processed only after item is received and passed quality check at the warehouse.

5) Store Credit Policy

  • If you choose Store Credit instead of refunds, you receive 100% of total amount paid on the order (no deduction).
  • Store Credit will be processed only after item is received and passed quality check at the warehouse.
  • Store Credit is non-transferable and redeemable only on our website www.themillionbucks.com
  • Validity: 6 months from the date of issue.

6) Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable

Unless there is a manufacturing defect or wrong item delivered, the following are not eligible:

  • Items marked Final Sale / Non-Returnable
  • Gift cards
  • Used, altered, or damaged products

7) Defective / Wrong Item Delivered

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please report it within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/video of unpacking on our customer care # +91-9380000222 or at care@themillionbucks.com

8) Pickup & Processing

  • Reverse pickup is attempted by our logistics partner in serviceable pin codes.
  • In non-serviceable areas, customer may be asked to self-ship (as guided by support).
  • Refund/store credit timelines begin after successful pickup and quality approval.

9) Fair Usage

To prevent misuse, The Million Bucks reserves the right to:

  • Decline requests that do not meet policy conditions
  • Limit/decline returns/exchanges in case of repeated abuse patterns

FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING 

We have tied up with all the major logistics partner to ensure we choose the most reliable for your order.

Free Express Shipping all over India -Yes, We provide free express shipping on all of orders, that means your order will be shipped on the same day if received before 2:00 PM. 

The estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days or even earlier in some locations. 

The above timelines are applicable for orders received before 2:00 p.m. (IST). For orders received after that, we try our best to dispatch on the same day, otherwise on the next business day. 

Order received after 12:00 pm IST on Saturday’s will be shipped on Monday (next working day). 

Actual delivery timelines could vary, usually based on the delivery address, availability of the consignee at the delivery address or for any reasons beyond our/delivery partner’s control. 

At checkout, you can check for availability of service for your pincode, In case you can’t look up your pincode, please contact us and we will do our best to service your order.

FREE RETURNS 

We provide free return pickups all over India (serviceable pincodes only). Incase you need to return the package, please log in to your account and generate a return request or contact us at care@themillionbucks.com or +91 9380000222 And we will do the rest. 

What to do after generating the pickup request - Please pack all products along with all packaging and tags inside the box and seal the box in the return polybag provided with each shipment. 

We will only accept articles that are returned in their original packaging, are unused, unwashed and undamaged with all tags attached. We do a quality check on all returns and if a product is found to be used, stained, washed or without tags/packaging, we may not accept the returns and  ship the product back to you. 

The return packages are picked up within1-3 business days of generating a pickup request. Our delivery partner may call you to confirm your availability at the location. We request you to lookout for their calls as this will help in a expediting your return. 

The return pickup for an order will be attempted thrice and in case of a non- handover of the package within 3 attempts, the request will be automatically cancelled by our delivery partner.  In this case, please contact us at care@themillionbucks.com or +919380000222 and we will do our best to resolve this. 

Please do not include any other items in the return packages other than our shirts as it violates our return / refund policy and may not be accepted by our us. Also, we do not guarantee of shipping any other items sent along with our shirts back to you. 

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION 

Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only and are subject to a successful order verification by our order service team. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours however  it may take up to 72 hours in some cases. Estimated delivery times provided as guidelines only and commence from the date of dispatch.  

Our delivery partner may ask for your signature at the time of delivery. In case  you are not available, someone on your behalf can sign and take delivery. Please note however that you are responsible for all packages signed by anyone in lieu of you. 

INSURANCE

All of our packages are insured for the time they are in transit & until they are delivered to you. Our insurance companies only provide insurance cover on packages that are visibly damaged/opened before they are handed over to the customer/a recipient at the intended delivery address/picked up from our office location. Therefore, please do not accept any deliveries if the package(s) is damaged or the seal is broken or tampered with as you may be liable for such lost/damaged items.

We require a signature for any goods delivered at the intended delivery address or picked up from our location, whether by you/anyone specified by you (whether on the phone or in writing) at which point the responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.

Evidence of a signature by anyone taking delivery at the intended delivery address, or pickup at our address by the person specified by you, is treated as evidence of successful delivery and fulfilment by us and transfer of responsibility thereof to you. This is applicable for all orders, including gift orders where the intended recipient and delivery address may be different from the purchaser.

For your convenience and security, we may ask you to specify (whether on the phone or in writing) a recipient who you may nominate for accepting delivery on your behalf. In such cases, we may not deliver your goods to any other person, unless instructed otherwise by you (whether in phone or in writing). 

Please note, we do not verify the identity of the person accepting deliveries/pickups. Please note delivery to anyone at the intended delivery address or pickup by anyone claiming to be you/the person specified by you will constitute successful delivery and fulfilment by us. 

CLARIFICATIONS:

 "You", "Your" refers to the customer that has made the purchase on our site and/or made the payment for a purchase on our site.

"Intended delivery address" is defined as the "Ship To" delivery address specified in the order. This includes the "Ship To" delivery address provided for gift orders where the purchaser and intended recipient may be different people and at different addresses.

All product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties. 

DAMAGED PRODUCT RECEIVED??

Please inform our Customer Care department in the event that any article is delivered without tags. Please do not accept delivery of any consignment if the packaging is not properly sealed or appears to be tampered with.
